- Bachelor's degree in accounting finance or business (Master's preferred)
- Five years of healthcare related accounting and management experience
- Three years of Revenue Cycle experience

Executive Search Associates is conducting a search for a Chief Financial Officer to lead the financial operations of a Critical Access Hospital in Northern Idaho.
This hospital has been serving the community for over 100 years, providing emergency care, surgical procedures, specialty clinics and advanced medical technologies. It supports over 150,000 patients annually through its dedicated team of more than 700 professionals.
The CFO will oversee all financial activities including accounting budgeting audits tax planning and financial planning while collaborating with system management to establish goals and objectives.
