    What You'll Get to Do:


    You will Gain invaluable e-discovery and litigation experience as cases goes through all or some of the phases of the EDRM spectrum, from investigation, intake/acquisition of documents and data (discovery) through trial support.

    You will sharpen your analytical and problem-solving abilities by performing complex legal and factual research utilizing Relativity and other eDiscovery software.

    You will enhance your management and communication skills by interacting with your staff and the DOJ case teams during the planning and execution of project requirements, schedules, and all litigation support activities.

    Supervise a staff of law clerks assigned to a fast-paced document review project.
    Supervise all aspects of the document review project.
    Track and report progress.
    Correspond with the DOJ case team concerning review matters.
    Handle staffing matters.
    Perform QC checks.
    Assist with identifying and onboarding law clerks as needed.
    As a part of a high performing team, CACI's Project Supervisors work with Lead Project Managers and Project Managers to serve as a

    supervisor over portions of a case for the Department of Justice (DOJ).


    You may be responsible for a small team of Law Clerks assigned to a fast-paced relevancy and privilege document review project.


    Additional responsibilities include:


    You will receive significant task management and supervisory experience through the oversight of your team and in their delivery of quality work within strict deadlines in support of DOJ's mission.

    Work as a part s under the direction of the Project Manager.

    For very large cases, may be directly responsible for all work in a major task area.


    For example, on a case involving document discovery of millions of pages, a Project Supervisor may be responsible for all document discovery/document collection activities for the case.

    For a case involving an out-of-town trial, a Project Supervisor may be the individual in charge of the out-of-town trial support center.

    Alternatively, may assist several Project Managers on a multitude of smaller cases simultaneously.

    For example, the Project Supervisor may be responsible for oversight of responsive/privilege review in one case, while simultaneously overseeing production of witness binders in another.

    Requires direct supervision of a variety of Contractor staff, including clerical staff and first line supervisors.

    May require frequent contact with DOJ Contracting Officer Representative (COR), Case Managers, trial attorneys, client agency staff, etc., as well as with other Contractor components.


    You'll Bring These Qualifications:


    At least two years of progressively more responsible experience on major litigation support projects, including at least one year of supervisory experience, including proven capabilities and communication skills to successfully interact with clients and attorneys.

    Demonstrated experience working in eDiscovery document review platforms such as Relativity, Clearwell, iCONECT, Casepoint, Everlaw, etc.

    Demonstrated ability to oversee and coordinate numerous complex and time-critical litigation support activities simultaneously, including technical/data processing support and eDiscovery activities.

    Requires in-depth knowledge of litigation support; excellent writing skills; and excellent oral communication skills.
    Must be able to anticipate litigation support needs and develop and execute detailed plans for addressing needs.
    Requires hands-on familiarity the Government's data processing environment where the work is performed, including PC-based and virtual environments.
    Familiarity with eDiscovery tools and knowledge of eDiscovery procedures and resources required.


    Should be an expert user of the Government's office and network environment, including but not limited to, word processing, spreadsheet, imaging, and hardware systems.

    Familiarity with Electronically Stored Information (ESI) tools and knowledge of eDiscovery procedures and resources required.
    Undergraduate degree required.

    Law degree, technical certification, or other pertinent graduate degree preferred.
    Paralegal experience helpful.
    Substantial significant experience may in some cases be substituted for degree requirement.

    These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
    Prior document review experience, specifically using Relativity
    Prior team lead experience on a document review project
    Certification(s) in Relativity, ACEDS, and other eDiscovery related technical certifications.
    Trial support experience.
    Professional, can-do attitude.
