    Description

    Position Description:
    Responsible for implementing all sales activities to satisfy customer requests for equipment, supplies, and services within assigned customer base.

    Responsible for finding and developing new accounts, selling new services to existing accounts, increasing total sales revenue on a regular basis, and maintaining an ethical and professional relationship with customers and distributors.

    Also responsible for obtaining and/or reviewing customer orders, administration of company approved pricing, and working as liaison between the customer and company departments to assure complete customer satisfaction.


    Essential Functions:


    Focused sales efforts on, servicing existing accounts / historical sales, obtaining new orders, and establishing new accounts by understanding and fulfilling customer's needs.

    Meet or exceed business sales goals as established by management.
    Become a product expert and trusted resource for existing Panels Plus customers, and new prospects.

    Keeps manager informed with activities and results such as weekly work plans, weekly call reports, and maintain CRM leads, accounts, and opportunities.

    Strong collaboration is needed with the various other areas of the business, along with the ability to work independently.
    Research competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products and services, delivery schedules, etc.
    Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, and working with management team to ensure customer satisfaction.
    Develops and maintains a good working knowledge of all equipment and services available to customers.
    Manages activities of distributors / resellers.

    Accomplishes all tasks and duties with professionalism, diplomacy, sensitivity, and tact to portray the company and its employees in a positive manner.

    Behavior should be in alignment with Innovance Core Values.
    Back up for service, equipment installs or other positions.
    30-50% Travel required. To include customer visits, trade shows, equipment installs, service calls, etc.
    This includes travel by driving and or commercial airlines.
