Job summary

The Advocate Second Shift position is responsible for implementing various group and individual program components at House of Hope during the afternoon and evening hours.
This includes coaching residents on independent living skills and direct support as needed. They are responsible for the supervision and support of the residents and children at House of Hope. This position also ensures that House of Hope models a clean and healthy living environment.
The ideal candidate will have passion and enthusiasm for working with people.

Maintain positive relationships with residents/clients, staff, volunteers, community groups, and organizations
Provide intake interviews and program orientation as required.
