Job Title: Temporary Employee Experience Support Specialist
Department: Employee Experience
Reports To: Director of Employee Experience
Employment Type: Temporary /Part-time hrs/wk)
Position Summary
The Temporary Employee Experience Support Specialist role provides administrative and operational assistance to the Employee Experience team during a period of increased workload. This individual will support core human resource processes including employee file audits, documentation, benefits administration, phone screens, internship program, and general HR operations to ensure a smooth and timely employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct phone screens/interviews
- Internal event support
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding coordination
- Support data entry and reporting in Bamboo
- Schedule meetings, track deadlines, and follow up on action items
- Assist with internship program
- Provide general HR administrative support as needed
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of administrative or HR support experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; HRIS experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
