Job Title: Pharmacy Technician

We are seeking a skilled Pharmacy Technician to join our team at Optum, a global organization that delivers care and improves health outcomes. The successful candidate will be responsible for entering prescriptions, verifying information, and resolving customer issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter prescriptions and verify appropriate information
Contact patients, pharmacists, and doctor's offices to resolve claims issues
Process prescriptions from intake to order completion
Resolve customer issues and ensure accurate information is provided

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
Active Pharmacy Technician license in the state of Nevada
6+ months of experience with insurance claims processing, rejection, and resolution

Salary Range:

$16.00 - $28.27 per hour (Nevada residents only)
