    Are you the type of person who seeks to be a vital point of contact for specialized customers? In this role you will provide detailed support and knowledge to our corporate account customers, Vermeer dealers, and internal teams.

    We're looking for an investigative problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

    Through partnership with customers, dealers, and internal teams, you would learn what customers need and apply the latest tools and analytics to find solutions to better our partnership.

    What You'll Do


    • Responsible for the equipment purchase order process. Including inbound customer pricing and quotes, providing feedback on equipment availability, product support, shipping, and warranty.
    • Analyze and assess financial metrics related to customer discounts, dealer margins and rebates.
    • Research and reconcile customer and dealer financial statements to ensure timely payment.
    • Collaborate with internal sales teams and the Vermeer dealership network to drive a seamless and impactful experience for our Corporate Account customers.
    • Evaluate current processes and express solutions to improve productivity based on the needs the customer.
    • Proactively address issues with dealers and customers, including timely release of orders, identification of credit and collection issues, account reconciliations and independent resolution of issues.
    What We're Looking For

    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Sales or other related field; and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    Mathematical aptitude to understand calculating discounts, international currency conversions, and sales margins.
    Actively establish and maintain positive relationships with customers and account managers to enhance customer service and promote sales growth.
    Intermediate Microsoft Office skills with an emphasis in Excel to develop and maintain complex spreadsheets and databases.
    Ability to effectively present information in one on one and small group situations.
    Travel

    Occasional travel is expected of this position.

    Some of a team member's day-to-day work may be best done at a location other than a Vermeer campus.
