Currently, we have an exciting opportunity for an Associate Structural Engineer to work at our office in Fort Worth, TX.

    About You

    As our Associate Structural Engineer, you will be the driving force behind our projects, steering them from conception to completion. Youll manage a diverse portfolio of small to medium sized projects, applying your expertise in design an engineering. You will also play a pivotal role in scheduling, marketing and business development initiatives while mentoring our up-and-coming junior engineers.

    Core responsibilities include:

    • Designing complex structures, ensuring they meet codes and project requirements.
    • Supervise the development of BIM models using Autodesk Revit for Contract Documents
    • Review shop drawings, respond to RFIs, and perform site observations during the CA phase of the project.
    • Define project budgets and scopes, interfacing effectively with clients and construction teams.
    • Mentor junior staff providing invaluable technical leadership.

    Education and Licensure

    • A bachelors or masters degree in civil engineering from an ABET accredited university.
    • Project management experience.
    • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) license.
    • Complete the 8-hour NCEES Civil-Structural Examination.
    • A drivers license and clean driving record.

    Software Proficiency

    As a modern engineering firm, we utilize a variety of software tools to enhance our productivity and service delivery. For this role, proficiency in the following software is highly beneficial.

    • Enercalc
    • Bluebeam
    • Microsoft Office Suite

    Physical Demands
