Job DescriptionHelps in coordinating visits between patients and clinicians.Schedules procedures; delivers instructions; assists the acquisition transcription and distribution of clinical requests for service receives patients.Aids tasks related to patient scheduling including confirming coordinating and providing technical support for patient visits Assures confidentiality of patient information and medical recordsPrepares lab requisitions for lab samples according to laboratory destination labels prepares and stores lab samples in accordance with required laboratory specifications ensures collection of lab specimens by appropriate lab courierCollects and organizes supplies ensuring all work areas are restocked appropriately reviews and restocks crash cart supplies and log/record routinely as directed informs team leaders regarding expired emergency drugsAssists clinicians in all clinical observations/information by using relevant softwareServes as a liaison to coordinate information between clinicians facilities patients and other key personnelCollaborates with team leaders to ensure all quality control measures have been addressedEnhances the patient experience is responsible to achieve patient satisfactionPerforms related duties as requiredAll responsibilities noted here are considered essential functions of the job under the Americans with Disabilities ActDuties not mentioned here but considered related are not essential functions Job QualificationHigh School Diploma or equivalent required0-1 years of relevant experience requiredAdditional Salary DetailThe salary rangeand/or hourly rate listed is a good faith determinationof potential base compensation that may be offeredto a successful applicantfor thisposition at the timeof thisjob advertisementand may bemodifiedinthe futureWhen determiningateam member'sbasesalaryand/orrate several factorsmaybeconsideredasapplicable e.g., location specialty service line years of relevant experience education credentials negotiated contracts budget internal equity
