As a caregiver for Eminence Home Care, you will have the opportunity to provide personalized, non-medical care and support to individuals in their own homes. This may include assisting with personal hygiene, medication reminders, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companionship. In addition to helping our clients maintain their independence and dignity, you will also have the chance to develop meaningful relationships and make a difference in their lives.

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing
• Administer medication reminders according to care plans
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if necessary
• Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and dishwashing
• Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities
• Document daily care accurately and timely
• Communicate any changes in clients' conditions to the appropriate supervisor

Requirements

• Prior experience as a caregiver is strongly preferred
• Must have a genuine passion for helping others
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Effective communication skills and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
• Physical stamina to meet the demands of the job
