    FHN Financial is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager in the firms Memphis, TN office.

    The position is responsible for developing, directing, planning and evaluating all marketing communications policies and programs to meet the objectives of FHN Financial.


    Responsibilities:


    Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive customer acquisition and retention, and align with business goals.

    Utilize strong graphic design skills to create visually appealing marketing collateral, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand image across all channels.

    Identify and capitalize on new marketing channels to expand the firm's reach and engage target audiences effectively.
    Coordinate with internal stakeholders to implement integrated marketing campaigns, measuring and analyzing performance to optimize future efforts.
    Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform strategic marketing decisions.
    Foster and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, industry associations, and internal teams.
    Collaborate with sales team to create impactful sales enablement tools and materials.
    Manage marketing budgets effectively, demonstrating a strong ROI on marketing investments.
    Provide leadership and mentorship to marketing team members, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and excellence.
    Manage the firms public relations efforts and identify and support sponsorships and affiliated membership efforts.
    Plan, coordinate and support firm-sponsored events, including management of event budget and expenses.


    Qualifications:

    Proven experience as a senior marketing professional with at least 5 years of experience, preferably in the financial services industry.

    Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in relevant design tools.
    Demonstrated success in expanding brand presence through innovative marketing strategies.
    Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
    Familiarity with financial markets and regulatory considerations.
    Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

    Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to deliver presentations with poise, confidence, and an authentic style.

    Strategic and innovative thinking and ability to align marketing efforts with broader business objectives.
    Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
