[Overview]
Take care of various duties in the Chicago office(Arlington Heights, IL) , including but not limited to customer care and sales assistance / administrative duties.

[Essential Job Duties]
Take care of various duties in the Chicago office, including but not limited to:

* Customer care for Chicago, Detroit and Boston Offices:
- Take care of incoming phone calls and e-mail correspondences with customers regards to rental properties, service apartment etc.- Follow up customers about move-out and renewal, etc.

* Sales Assistance / Administrative Assistance:
- Customer information data entry- Invoicing- Office equipment management

[Other Job Duties]

Support Relocation Consultant (Agent) when needed (Working outside of the office for approximately 20
- 40% depending on the season) :
- Upon the customer's request, sort the property information and provide the data
- Accompany the Relocation Consultant for viewing- move-in walk through

Other duties:
- General e-mail correspondences
- Greet and take care of the visitors

[Requirements]
Basic PC skills
Proficient in business level Japanese and English Japanese
Driver's license / Own a vehicle (required to visit clients by own car, gas will be paid by company)
Need to obtain Illinois Real Estate Salesperson License in the near future.

[Preference]
Real estate salesperson license, Customer service experience, Inside sales experience, Field sales experience

【Work Hours】 Mon – Fri, 9:00 a.m. – 5 p.m.

【Salary】 $45~$55K (DOE)
