    **Salary Range: $20 To $29 Hourly** The IT Support Specialist provides end user support to all employees. This would include working tickets from the helpdesk, taking support calls on the Hotline and working with employees when they walk up with a critical issue. This position will also work with other members of the IT Team to drive projects to completion.

    Flexible working options are available, but the position does require some time spent at a local office on a weekly basis.

    **Job Duties & Responsibilities:**

    Provide amazing customer support to all employees

    Troubleshoot and resolve end userPC issues

    Ensure the new hireseparation process is fully completed in every instance

    Maintain equipmentsoftware inventory including decommissiondonation process for old equipment

    Maintain documentation for end user internal IT processes (IE: New Hire, Separation. Etc.)

    Createmaintain end user knowledgebase articles on frequently requested issuesprocesses

    Collaborate with IT Manager, Systems EngineersAdministrators on projects

    Participate in an on-call rotation for critical end user support issues

    **Skills & Qualifications:**

    1+ year(s) experience troubleshooting Windows PC issues

    1+ year(s) experience providing end user support

    Must be detail-oriented

    Must be passionate about technology

    Must always strive to provide an excellent end user experience

    **Skills that would be a plus:**

    Experience with Active Directory

    Experience with Windows Server OS

    Experience supporting Mobile Device OS (Android, Apple iOS)

    Experience with Office 365 Applications (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)

    Experience with supporting Virtualization Technologies (VMware Workstation, Oracle VM VirtualBox, etc.)

    Experience with Kace 1000 for Desktop Management

    Experience with Kace 2000 for Image Creation

    Experience with Mitel Connect VoIP System (ShoreTel)

    **Essential Functions:**

    Able to sit/stand for long periods of time

    Able to lift/carry items, such as: computers, laptops, etc.

    Excellent organizational skills

    Communicates well both written and verbally
