    After 15 years and hundreds of transactions with one of the nation's largest commercial brokerage companies, Feldman Ruel was established to further the principals' vision that clients are best served by a team who is incentivized to collaborate, work hard, and share these same goals with the firm. By producing institutional-level marketing materials, Feldman Ruel provides its clients with a distinct competitive advantage. The firm is looking for a junior graphic designer who is motivated to output creative, professional work product while adhering to the brand standards set by the founding Principals and Director of Marketing & Design. As the junior graphic designer, you will be working directly under the Director of Marketing & Design and will be asked to produce at a high rate while ensuring accurate information and attention to detail.

    Graphic/Marketing Responsibilities:

    · Follow strict brand standards across all platforms

    · Work in already-created templates to assemble detailed offering memorandums, proposals, email blasts, social tiles, etc. using the Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft applications

    · Implement social media and email marketing campaigns, analyze the results to determine success rates, and continuously update strategies based on the findings

    · Create graphics and strategies for social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok)

    · Prepare graphics to be inserted into marketing materials such as Illustrator maps, demographic & neighborhood overviews, graphs, etc.

    · Edit photos using Lightroom and Photoshop

    · Photograph off-site properties and perform Matterport tour scans

    Education Requirements:

    · Must have a bachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing, or similar field

    · Must be proficient with the Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, & Lightroom (Premier Pro and After Effects are a plus)

    · Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and basic knowledge of Excel. This position will be working in PowerPoint daily

    Skills Required:

    · Highly organized and detail oriented. Strong attention to detail is a must

    · Strong writing and editing skills, i.e., spelling, grammar, punctuation

    · Have the ability to create graphic concepts from start to finish that are modern, creative, but adhere to the deal story and brand standards

    · Strong photography skills/the ability to operate a camera

    · Experience with motion graphics is a plus

    · Experience with commercial real estate is a plus

    Physical Requirements:

    · Prolonged periods of sitting/standing at a desk and working on a computer

    · Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds

    · May be required to kneel, squat, or stand for extended periods to capture images

    Other Requirements:

    · Must have a valid driver's license in good standing

    · Must have an active car insurance policy with coverage of at least $100,000

    Compensation/Benefits:

    · $45,000 Per Year
