    Zoox is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to help us build a world class robotaxi service.

    In this role, you will lead the engineering teams responsible for developing the software interfaces that directly impact riders experiences.

    You will work with engineers across the company and will collaborate with researchers, designers, product, and program leaders to give these interfaces utility and ensure that they are intuitive and delightful.

    degree in Computer Science or equivalent10+ years software engineering experience5+ years software management experience, including leading multiple software development teamsProven track record of successful collaboration with cross-functional partnersExperience with mobile and/or embedded applicationsExperience with system design & architectureBonus Qualifications Advanced degree in Computer Science or equivalentStrong knowledge of usability engineering as well as navigation, interaction, and graphic designExperience with distributed systems or client/server developmentExperience with transportation networks and/or mobility as a serviceRobotics or automotive experienceCompensation There are three major components to compensation for this position: pay, Amazon Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and Zoox Stock Appreciation Rights.

    The pay range for this position is $$272,000 to $342,000. A sign-on bonus may be offered as part of the compensation package. Compensation will vary based on geographic location and level.

    Leveling, as well as positioning within a level, is determined by a range of factors, including, but not limited to, a candidate's relevant years of experience, domain knowledge, and interview performance.

    The pay range listed in this posting is representative of the range of levels Zoox is considering for this position.
