Job Summary
Join our dynamic construction team as a Construction Laborer and become a vital part of building projects that shape communities In this energetic role, you will assist skilled tradespeople by performing a variety of physical tasks, ensuring the smooth progress of construction activities. Duties
- Assist with the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris, loading and unloading materials, and setting up equipment
- Support carpenters, masons, , and other tradespeople by holding materials, tools, and supplies as needed
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely under supervision to aid in various construction tasks
- Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a secure work environment for all team members
- Help with site cleanup, waste removal, and organizing materials to maintain an orderly workspace
- Assist in the installation of structures such as framing, drywall, or flooring under guidance
- Perform routine inspections of tools and equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance
Experience
- Prior experience in construction or manual labor is preferred but not required; we welcome motivated newcomers eager to learn
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy materials, standing for extended periods, and working in various weather conditions
- Familiarity with basic construction tools and safety procedures is advantageous
- Strong teamwork skills with a proactive attitude towards completing assigned tasks efficiently
- Willingness to follow detailed instructions and adhere strictly to safety guidelines
