    New * Provide best-in-class customer experience through enhanced service to Versitis blood clients

    Advocate for changes that will positively impact clients while also building upon the lifesaving Versiti mission

    Identify issues that may impact client satisfaction, quicken speed to closure, implement solutions to eliminate or reduce severity

    Ensure client service issues are resolved to satisfaction and ensure closures

    Ensure accuracy relative to fees, client set up, product stewardship and utilization

    Shift internally focused workload away from outwardly focused team members

    Achieve best possible customer NPS scores

    Actively collaborates and communicates with peers in Finance, Business Development, Field Marketing, Hospital Relations, Hospital Services, Information Services, Reference Laboratory, Marketing Insights/Operations

    Become an actively engaged member of ongoing operating mechanisms to ensure knowledge transfer and help shape client engagement strategy

    Two years of professional experience

    Demonstrated ability to report on project status, deliverables, and results

    Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or laboratory testing preferred

    Experience with integrated business software and CRM systems preferred

    Strong understanding of the healthcare industry

    Self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision

    Strong attention to detail and a willingness to perform repetitive data entry tasks

    Strong process orientation and experience with process and continuous improvement

    Excellent strategic planning and project management skills

    Strong organizational, critical and practical thinking skills

    Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills

    Strong Customer Service orientation

    Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills including ability to present technical information to customers

    Valid U.S. Drivers License and access to an insured vehicle
