- Lead and inspire a team while improving the lives of our residents every day
- Provide leadership and oversight of all nursing and resident care services Hire train supervise and evaluate nursing staff Ensure high-quality resident-centered care in accordance with assisted living standards Conduct resident assessments and develop individualized service plans Update service plans every six (6) months or as resident needs change Maintain 24-hour on-call availability for resident care and staffing needs Monitor resident documentation and report significant changes to families and physicians Coordinate wellness programs and routine health clinics Administer the resident care budget Ensure compliance with EOEA HIPAA organizational policies Participate in quality assurance leadership meetings Active unencumbered Massachusetts LPN or RN licensure Experience in Assisted Living Long-Term Care or Geriatrics Strong leadership staff management skills Excellent communication organizational abilities Ability to work independently make sound decisions Demonstrate physical ability to stand sit walk bend squat lift/carry up to 20 pounds unassisted or 50 pounds with assistance Benefits Available for Qualified Positions Comprehensive benefits package including Health Dental Vision company-funded Life Insurance optional STD LTD Accident Critical Illness coverage Financial educational support such as a retirement plan Flexible Spending Account tuition reimbursement Generous paid time off including vacation sick time birthday Great workplace perks free meals parking state-of-the-art facility inclusive supportive culture Rewarding career opportunities within an outstanding well-recognized organization
