    Description

    Behavior Specialist

    We are seeking a skilled Behavior Specialist to join our team at Mosaic. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will work closely with individuals and caregivers to develop and implement personalized behavior support plans using evidence-based ABA strategies.

    • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify individual needs and goals
    • Develop and implement personalized behavior support plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
    • Counsel caregivers on positive behavioral strategies and provide ongoing coaching

    The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in education, psychology or related field, certification in CPR/first aid, and valid state driver's license. Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred but not required.
