- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 (five) or more years of experience managing people and programs at a manager level or above
- 7 (seven) or more years of experience in a compensation role
- Employee Compensation Specialist (CECS), Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), or equivalent
- Ability to develop a clear, realistic, and actionable vision, and provide a results oriented strategy
- Ability to use customer service skills to provide an exceptional experience
- Ability to build, motivate, and lead high performing team
- Ability to effectively utilize Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage projects and assignments from start to completion
- Ability to think critically and independently resolve problems
- Ability to effectively research and analyze findings to produce actionable information

The Director of Compensation is responsible for the overall strategy, management, and administration of employee broad-base and variable Compensation programs within the organization.
This job will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining competitive and cost-effective Compensation programs to attract, motivate and retain talent while ensuring alignment with Human Resources objectives and industry standards.
This role will be part of a Total Rewards leadership team, reporting to the Vice President of Total Rewards.Exceptional Skills and Qualifications
