    Summary:


    Do you thrive in complex environments and excel at driving performance? gpacs client seeks a seasoned Area Manager to oversee multiple projects or a single mega-site, ensuring optimal efficiency, safety, and profitability.

    You'll lead diverse teams, collaborate with key stakeholders, and navigate technical challenges to achieve outstanding results. This is your chance to leave your mark on major construction projects and shape the future for better.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Strategic Leadership:
    Manage multiple projects or a mega-site, balancing budget, schedule, and safety.
    Collaborate with leadership to allocate resources and expertise for maximized success.
    Participate in financial reviews, strategy sessions, and performance metric tracking.

    Technical Expertise:
    Support project managers and field teams in adhering to company standards and contract specifications.
    Advise on technical and commercial aspects of contracts, participate in bid reviews, and conduct risk analyses.
    Ensure quality control and zero rework throughout all project phases.

    Teamwork and Communication:
    Foster strong relationships with project owners, maintaining positive partnerships through proactive communication.
    Build and motivate high-performing teams through effective leadership and collaboration.
    Coordinate seamlessly with corporate departments like safety, accounting, and HR.

    Proactive Problem-Solving:
    Manage notices, change orders, disputes, and claims to mitigate risk and protect company interests.
    Monitor project schedules, identify potential discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.
    Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly cost reviews to achieve optimal profitability.

    Growth and Development:
    Cultivate and provide opportunities for talent development.
    Actively participate in shaping employee recruiting and retention strategies.
    Conduct performance reviews and implement career development plans for direct reports.
