    As thee Associate Director, Point of Care you are responsible for planning and managing the Point of Care media programs assigned to clients. You will manage the day-to-day team workload, develop relationships with POC media partner, plans and coordinates projects, ensures plans adhere to PHM planning process, builds relationships with mid-level

    clients, manages and trains direct reports, and works directly with the Strategy team.

  • You will be responsible for:Create Point of Care tactical recommendationOwning & presenting POC recommendationOwn the business rules and parameters of the point of care engagementDevelop HCP Target list business rules that outline key requirements for individual brands, prioritization across franchises, and overlap strategyDevelop cross franchise strategy
  • You will prepare HCP target list for dissemination to partners
  • You will oversee Monthly & Quarterly validation and verification of each partner.
  • Responsible for managing the delivery of Point of Care team projects and tasks
  • Responsible for Point of Care Marketplace updates
  • Internal + External Relationship Responsibilities:You are responsible for developing talent, delegating, and ensuring teams are operating smoothlyYou will deliver constructive, actionable feedback to teamYou will lead as the point of contact for Point of Care media partnersYou will begin to oversee client relationships
  • Qualifications

  • • 5+ years of media planning and/or buying for with preference in Point of Care, Out ofHome, or HCP
  • 1+ years recent HCP media experience
  • 1-2+ years people management experience
  • 2+ years expert MS excel (can maintain & manipulate complex spreadsheets)
