Are you our next Event Support Coordinator?

The Event Support Coordinator at Atlas Copco Tools and Assembly Systems plays a key role in delivering seamless, high-quality customer and internal events. This position is responsible for coordinating event logistics, managing promotional materials and demonstration tools, and ensuring accurate tracking, inventory control, and data integrity across event-related systems. With a strong focus on organization, readiness, and presentation, the Event Support Coordinator supports everything from customer-facing events and in-office meetings to new hire onboarding, helping ensure every interaction reflects Atlas Copco's commitment to professionalism, precision, and customer excellence.

Here's how you'll make an impact:

  • Coordinate the organization, shipping, and receiving events and promotional materials to support customers and internal events.
  • Prepare and maintain customer event tracking documentation as needed.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and ongoing updates across event-related applications and platforms.
  • Own inventory management and tracking for all events and promotional materials.
  • Prepare, assemble, and stage customer giveaways to ensure on-site event readiness.
  • Monitor inventory levels of promotional materials and proactively request replenishment to prevent shortages.
  • Maintain demonstration and display areas to ensure a polished, professional, and customer-ready environment.
  • Manage and track the distribution of sales demonstration tools and related resources.
  • Support the planning, set up, and breakdown of in-office events and meetings.
  • Assemble and ship onboarding kits for new hires, including the creation of desk plates.

To succeed, you will need

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and departments.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment while maintaining a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Flexible availability to work between 20 and 32 hours per week, based on workload and business needs.
  • Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
