Social Content Creator – Solin (In-Office Role)
Location: Los Angeles, CA (In-Office – Abbot Kinney, Venice)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience Level: 3+ Years Professional Experience
Salary Range: $70,000 - $95,000 USD Annually

Solin is the largest marketplace for fitness programs & challenges from creators. We also offer a consumer subscription (similar to Amazon Prime) that bundles platform benefits with AI-powered personalized nutrition.
Our mission is simple: help 1 billion people get healthy. We're growing fast, and content is a massive part of how we reach, inspire, and motivate our audience.
We're looking for a Social Content Creator to help ideate, shoot, and produce high-performing content across Solin's organic social channels – with a primary focus on Instagram. You will also be responsible for scheduling and posting content across our social channels.
This is an in-office, full-time role for someone who understands organic social deeply, knows how to create scroll-stopping content, and is excited about telling real stories in the fitness and wellness space.
You'll work closely with our Head of Content and CEO to help shape how Solin shows up online — from idea to execution to optimization.
What You'll Do
Ideate & Develop Social-First Content
Generate creative ideas, hooks, and concepts optimized for organic social – especially Instagram. Help develop content that educates, inspires, and drives engagement.
Shoot Engaging Video Content
Film content using both iPhone and DSLR cameras. You should be confident behind the camera and comfortable capturing high-quality footage in a fast-paced environment.
Edit & Optimize for Performance
Edit short-form content optimized for Instagram Reels, with expansion to TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and X. Apply strong knowledge of pacing, retention, hooks, captions, and platform-native formats.
Stay Ahead of Trends
Bring a strong understanding of organic social strategy, including trends, A/B testing, retention strategies, and performance optimization.
Manage Social Channels
Assist with scheduling, posting, and managing content across Instagram, YouTube, X, and TikTok. Help ensure consistency, quality, and alignment with brand standards.

Required Experience & Skills
Experience Level
3+ years of professional experience in social content creation, videography, or short-form content production.
Videography
- Experience shooting content with DSLR cameras and iPhone
- Strong understanding of lighting, framing, and composition
Editing & Tools
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Adobe Premiere Pro)
- Experience using Instagram Edits and/or CapCut
- Comfortable working within Google Suite and Slack
Social Media Expertise
- Strong understanding of organic social content, especially short-form video
- Deep familiarity with Instagram-first strategies
- Experience with hooks, retention, A/B testing, and trend-based content
- Understanding of platform nuances across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and X
Creative Skills
- Ability to develop strong hooks and engaging storytelling formats
- Strong instincts for what performs on social
- Experience ideating and executing content end-to-end

- Hard-working, fast, efficient, organized, and detail-oriented
- Self-starter with a positive, team-first attitude
- Highly communicative and responsive
- Comfortable taking feedback and iterating quickly

- Bachelor's Degree
- Able to work full-time in-office in Venice, CA
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Experience creating content for fitness, health or creator-led brands
- Experience managing social media accounts
- Strong understanding of performance analytics and optimization
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) to enhance speed and creativity
