    Responsibilities:
    Evaluate patients and create individualized plans of care
    Deliver hands-on, patient centered treatment and education
    Monitor progress and adjust care plans to achieve meaningful outcomes

    Qualifications:
    Physical Therapist Licensure in good standing in the state of Colorado or currently pursuing a Doctor of Physical Therapy DPT degree
    Passion for evidence-based, patient centered care

    About:

    Compensation:
    $75,000-$82,000 BOE

    Full-time role averaging 45 patient visits per week. Standard schedule is 5 days/week, with a 4-day option available for clinicians who meet the full-time caseload.
    Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
