    Are you a skilled architectural millwork project manager with a passion for overseeing complex millwork and cabinetry projects across diverse sectors? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where your leadership and coordination skills drive successful outcomes? If so, we want to hear from you

    Responsibilities:

    • Review submittal drawings, field measurements, and project specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance with client requirements.
    • Serve as the main point of contact with clients, providing updates, addressing concerns, and maintaining positive relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Conduct job site meetings and inspections, representing our client and ensuring that projects progress smoothly and according to schedule.
    • Coordinate closely with internal teams, including drafting, estimating, purchasing, production management, and the Vice President, to facilitate seamless project execution.
    • Spend approximately 20% of time on-site, overseeing installations, addressing onsite challenges, and ensuring quality standards are met.
    • Devote 80% of time in the office, managing project documentation, schedules, budgets, and communication with stakeholders.
    • Coordinate delivery and installation schedules, working closely with logistics teams to ensure timely completion of projects.
    • Manage relationships with subcontractors for other contracted materials such as stone, metal, and glass, ensuring seamless integration with millwork and cabinetry components.

    equirements:

    • Proven experience as a project manager, ideally 3+ years, preferably in the millwork, cabinetry, or construction industry.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-focused approach to project management.
    • Ability to interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
    • Experience coordinating with subcontractors and external vendors to achieve project objectives.
    • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
