    Job: Senior Technical Recruiter

    Job type: Full-time/Direct Hire

    Location: 100% remote, must be located in Jacksonville, FL

    As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing top talent for a WBENC certified woman-owned staffing and talent solution leader, providing information technology and professional staffing to a nationwide client base.

    You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with hiring managers, building a strong candidate pipeline, and ensuring that we hire the best possible candidates to meet our clients needs.

    Roles/Responsibilities:

    • Self-directed execution of the full life cycle recruiting process with an emphasis on time-to-submit goals
    • Provide recruiting services in accordance with our recruiting process, standards and systems
    • Manages recruiting process for "high level" difficult positions, specialty positions, broad client groups, highly technical client groups or complex track recruiting
    • Participate in daily meetings to ensure feedback/updates/priorities are communicated to the entire team
    • Use various job platforms to search for and reach out to qualified candidates passively/actively looking for employment in the market
    • Conduct phone interviews to assess candidates technical experience to see if they are a match for a job opening
    • Format resume/submittal package to highlight candidates top skills for client to review
    • Prepare candidates for phone and in-person interviews by having in-depth conversations surrounding questions, scenarios, and technical experience that may be asked by a client
    • Work closely with the Account Executive and/or Director of Recruitment to negotiate pay rates for both consultants and clients

    Skills/Experience:

    5+ years full lifecycle Technical recruiting experience

    Must be able to be full desk and source their own candidates

    Influential communicator, both verbal and written

    Ability to work independently to meet hiring needs/produce results
