- Answer phones and direct calls to/or take messages for appropriate person/department.
- Gather customer information and create new customer account or create order.
- Create and schedule maintenance.
- Dispatch Technicians on their scheduled maintenance.
- Create incident requests for support representatives.
- Review and update order status, confirm completion, and forward to accounts receivable for invoicing.
- Check and inform customers of past dues if needed.
- Create daily time sheet reports and transfer to payroll department.
- Perform administrative duties such as scanning, faxing, filing, and collating.
- Two or four-year college degree preferred.
- Previous dispatching and/or construction experience beneficial.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google docs.
- Excellent communication skills.
- High level of organizational skill.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize work.
