    Early Childhood Intervention Speech-Language Pathologist

    Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week
    Caseload/Details:Early Childhood Intervention
    Location: Onsite

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language delays in young children.
    • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication goals.
    • Provide direct speech-language therapy services to children, both individually and in group settings.
    • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support children's communication skills.
    • Participate in Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) meetings and provide input on children's goals and accommodations.
    • Maintain accurate records of assessments, therapy sessions, and progress reports.

    Qualifications:

    • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
    • Valid Arkansas state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
    • Previous experience working with early childhood populations preferred.
    • Knowledge of early childhood development and evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
