- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language delays in young children.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication goals.
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to children, both individually and in group settings.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support children's communication skills.
- Participate in Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) meetings and provide input on children's goals and accommodations.
- Maintain accurate records of assessments, therapy sessions, and progress reports.
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
- Valid Arkansas state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Previous experience working with early childhood populations preferred.
- Knowledge of early childhood development and evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
