    Rapidly expanding meal prep company looking for a professional and customer service-oriented store manager to oversee daily operations at our brand new location in Beaverton. We are looking for a person with an incredible, positive, "can do" attitude who makes helping others through their nutrition and fitness journeys their "why" (IYKYK)

    Position involves, but is not limited to, managing the retail store operations for meal and supplement sales.

    Store Manager Responsibilities:

    • Be the role model for excellent customer service.
    • Motivate and mentor staff, including hiring, training and supervising new staff.
    • Handle administrative tasks.
    • Monitor inventory including ordering restock.
    • Create and implement business strategies to increase customer count/customer satisfaction.
    • Conduct marketing events at local gyms and fitness establishments.
    • Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations.
    • Arrange promotional material and in-store displays.
    • Partner with Owner and Kitchen Manager to optimize the product mix to best meet consumer needs and make our customers happy

    Store Manager Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
    • Minimum of 1 year experience working in a retail environment, ideally in a managerial role.
    • Strong Leadership, Team Building, and Customer Relationship abilities.
    • Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
