    Join our Texas-based law firm in downtown Dallas as we search for a skilled Bankruptcy Paralegal to become a valuable member of our team

    Skills & ResponsibilitiesBankruptcy Case Management:
    Manage all aspects of bankruptcy cases, including client communication and attorney assistance.
    Analyze due diligence materials related to company operations.
    Prepare and file petitions, conduct legal research, and handle Uniform Commercial Code matters.
    Perform corporate background searches with the Secretary of State.
    Proficient in e-filing with various courts.
    Handle complex commercial Chapter 11 cases, debtor and committee experience, and other related tasks.
    Experience with fee applications, objections to plans, and DIP motions.
    Primarily involved in complex Chapter 11 cases and workouts.
    Firm focuses on commercial work, not consumer cases.
    Previous bankruptcy experience in a law firm setting.
    Computer skills in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and Outlook.
    Qualifications5+ years of experience as a Paralegal working on commercial bankruptcies in Texas.
    Paralegal certification preferred; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
    Competitive benefit package offered.
    Salary ranging from $65,000 to $80,000 based on experience.
