Competitive Pay Rate $25-$40 an hour depending on ExperienceGreat BenefitsJob DetailsResponsibilitiesProviding on-site installations repairs maintenance and test tasks.Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions.Performing equipment troubleshooting to diagnose and fix mechanical issues.Repairing or replacing parts as required and completing detailed service reports.Cooperating with the technical team and sharing information across the organization.Ensuring that tools and test equipment are properly maintained and calibrated.Comprehending customer requirements making appropriate recommendations.Building positive relationships with customers ensuring their satisfaction.Following all company's field procedures protocols.QualificationsA minimum of 3 years of experience as a Field Service Technician or similar role.Hands-on experience with troubleshooting equipment repairs.Proficiency in using electrical manual tools meters oscilloscopes etc.Excellent mechanical electrical skills.Ability to read interpret equipment manuals work orders to perform required maintenance service.
