- Evaluating patients' medical history, physical condition, and anesthesia needs
- Developing and implementing anesthesia care plans
- Administering anesthesia to patients using various techniques
- Monitoring patients' vital signs and adjusting anesthesia levels as needed
- Managing airway and ventilation during surgery
- Providing post-anesthesia care and pain management
- Collaborating with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals
- Current and unrestricted CRNA license
- Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program
- Certification as a CRNA by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a CRNA
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
