    Responsibilities include:

    1. Adhering to schedule and arriving ready to work on time, while holding themselves accountable for their responsibilities throughout their shift.
    2. Holding the Guest as their highest priority and being responsive to their needs and requests.
    3. Adhering to Brand standards and systems, delivering quality food and beverage to each guest.
    4. Maintaining a clean and neat workstation, completing thorough cleaning of guest areas as directed.
    5. Completing all required training and supporting the training of other team members.
    6. Effectively executing restaurant standards and marketing initiatives.
    7. FOLLOWING all procedures related to cash, cleanliness, food safety, and restaurant safety and security.
    8. Complying with all restaurant, Brand, and franchisee policies.

    Requirements:

    • Must be able to fluently speak/read English.
    • Capable of counting money and making change.
    • Able to operate restaurant equipment (minimum age requirements may apply).
    • Guest Focus - anticipating and understanding guests' needs and exceeding their expectations.
    • Outgoing personality and a smile.
