Senior Project Manager – Digital Solutions
Alexander & Tom Digital is an award-winning interactive marketing agency that is seeking a Senior Project Manager / Web Consultant to work with designers and developers to create advanced interactive marketing campaigns and innovative web and mobile solutions.
We are seeking Senior Digital Projects Manager with:
a minimum of 5 years web and online development project management experience –
a strong background in Project Management with interactive media and/or digital marketing required
experience with agile project management methodologies
the ability to lead a team of technical and design professionals to meet client goals and project expectations
And recently you have learned how to lead projects and teams remotely... as we have.
self-motivated, insightful, and forward-looking, with the ability to prioritize work and resources to meet critical deadlines for "web design, development, and new media" projects,
an innovative thinker with creative problem-solving skills,
a tech savvy consultant, who knows the platforms and solutions of the modern web environment and can coach team members on delivering results,
a team player, self-confident, organized, and passionate for meeting client needs, with excellent client communication skills.
Looking for a Lead who is:

The Project Manager responsibilities:
manage projects, people, and resources
help determine solutions – content, creative, and technical
establish and maintain good relationships between the organization and its clients
provide a strong knowledge of the latest Internet tools, applications, and procedures
manage several complex client accounts and their projects simultaneously
schedule and coordinate meetings and milestones
communicate between team members about evolving requirements and planning
effectively identify and eliminate/solve hurdles affecting project progress
track issues, plan sprints, and distribute tasks across the dev team (Jira experience is a plus)
identify current and future trends that will have an impact on our clients
build and support your team
prioritize and discuss your team's work with external / client stakeholdersability to facilitate daily scrum and sprint initiatives when the project requires Agile management
