- Conducting virtual psychological assessments to identify students' strengths, challenges, and developmental needs.
- Providing virtual counseling services to students facing emotional, social, or behavioral challenges.
- Collaborating with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement effective virtual intervention strategies and support plans.
- Participating in virtual Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and providing insights into the psychological aspects of student development.
- Offering virtual crisis intervention services and contributing to the development of crisis prevention and response plans.
- Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program.
- Current and valid Virginia State licensure as a School Psychologist.
- At least TWO years of school based experience, teletherapy experience is a plus.
- Strong technology skills and proficiency in virtual communication platforms.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
