work commitments Position Summary Division President responsible for providing strategic leadership overall operational oversight Jacksonville Division s homebuilding operations Role full profit-and-loss accountability leads all functional areas division including Land Acquisition Development Construction Sales Marketing Finance Customer Experience Division President sets vision business strategy division drives execution against financial operational objectives ensures alignment corporate goals policies values Position serves senior leader division fostering high-performance
