We are looking fora Mobile Software Engineer (Knox) to join our team. Your primary goalis to design, implement and deploy Knox application and service forAndroid devices.You will play a key role in developing variousAndroid application components and delivering unique business value to ourcustomers and partners.
Role and Responsibilities:Design,develop, and deliver Android-based software features/products.
Maintaina high software quality with scalability, maintainability, extensibility, usability,and security.
Communicatewith internal and/or external (global) teams to help plan and prioritizedevelopment.
Collaboratewith UX designers and product managers to understand and refine theproduct requirements.
Workclosely with QA to identify, debug and fix functionality/performanceissues.
Required Experience and Education
:
1 year of industry experience onAndroid development preferred.
Bachelor's Degree required. Master's Degree preferred.
Experiencewith data structures, algorithms, and multi-threaded programming.
Familiarwith Agile/Scrum development process and tools such as JIRA/Gerrit.
Goodunderstanding of Application Security concepts.
(Preferred)Understanding of the Android framework/internals.
(Preferred)Experience with Windows Hello, FIDO, WebAuthn, Passkey Authentication is astrong plus.
(Preferred)Experience with Phone to PC communications based on Bluetooth, WiFi, USBand etc. is a strong plus.
(Preferred)Experience with hypervisor/Trustzone on ARM platform is a strong plus.
(Preferred)Experience with Accessibility/Autofill/Biometric authentication onAndroid.
(Preferred)Experience with REST and JSON, third party libraries and APIs.
(Preferred)Experience with Firebase Cloud Messaging, Firebase Analytics &Firebase Performance.
(Preferred)Experience with Jetpack architecture components.
(Preferred)Experience with Android development using NDK (C/C++).
(Preferred)Knowledge and experience in on-device machine learning, device-to-devicecommunication, and/or applied cryptography is a strong plus.
