JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTSScheduled Weekly Hours: 24Work Shift: 7am-7pmSummary of the Job:Performs clerical function for a designated time frame in accordance with the standards and procedures of the hospital


Minimum Qualifications:
One year of med/surg experience required. Current LA LPN Licensure. BLS through the American Heart Association required. Demonstrated communication, time management and organizational skills required. Must have typing and computer skills, knowledge of medical terminology, and be able to perform detail oriented tasks. Ability to meet weekend and holiday requirements.


Physical Demands:
Must possess good physical health. Some requirements include but are not limited to standing, sitting or walking for long periods of time. Lifting at least 50 pounds is required. Must be able to work with a moderate level of noise.
