    Position Summary
    The Health Unit Coordinator (HUC) is an excellent opportunity in providing high-quality patient care, monitoring, and mobility. If you are a skilled communicator and love being the focal communication source, this is the job for you.

    As an HUC at MultiCare, you will hone your patient care and monitoring skills, nurture your communications development, and collaborate in support of care and delivery of patient services

    Responsibilities
    You will perform receptionist and communications duties
    Observe telemetry monitoring and recognition of cardiac dysrhythmias
    Support care delivery and services to patients from diverse ethnic and social groups
    You will regularly utilize your independent decision-making capacities and strong interpersonal skills
    Collaborate with Clinical Director and/or RN for optimal care delivery and patient services
    Requirements
    Completion of an approved Unit Secretary vocational training course or currently enrolled in clinical education program OR previous patient care experience of one (1) year or equivalent clerical experience of one (1) year) in a medical setting

    Pay and Benefit Expectations

    The pay scale is $ $24.97 USD.
