    We are seeking a skilled PMO Manager to spearhead the development and oversight of project plans for Troon's Digital Transformation initiative.

    In this role, you will collaborate with project teams, consultants, and leadership to ensure the successful and timely delivery of the project while adhering to budget constraints.

    Based at our corporate headquarters in Scottsdale, AZ, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and communicating standards throughout Troon's Digital Transformation journey.

    Key Responsibilities:
    Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
    Work closely with project teams to ensure successful project execution.
    Monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise.
    Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
    Establish and maintain effective communication channels among project teams, stakeholders, and leadership.
    Maintain detailed project documentation, including plans, reports, meeting minutes, and compliance records.
    Prepare and deliver project status reports and updates to leadership and key department stakeholders.
    Monitor expenditures and track schedules to ensure compliance with budgetary and timeline constraints.
    Implement strategies to optimize project efficiency and resource utilization.
    Establish and enforce project management standards and best practices.
    Ensure project alignment with organizational goals and strategic objectives.

    Education/Experience:
    Proven experience in PMO and Digital Transformation.
    Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
    Proven background in solution architecture, software development, and/or successful delivery of multiple major system implementations.

    Proficiency in comprehending both technical and functional solutions being implemented, encompassing business capabilities and the necessary software configuration or design.

    Track record of effectively managing projects and programs with a transformative impact, spanning multiple years and business domains.
    Skillful identification of project dependencies across various initiatives, including scope, schedule, and business/technical solution components, understanding their interrelationships.

    Experience in recognizing and prioritizing Risks, Actions, Issues, and Decisions within projects and programs, with the ability to discern what requires escalation to management versus resolution within the team.


    Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
    Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
    Strong organizational and decision-making abilities.
    Deadline-oriented with meticulous attention to detail.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics Customer Service Platform, Power Platform, and Dynamics 365.
    Familiarity with industry-standard PMO frameworks.
    Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
