    Job summary:


    Are you a seasoned accounting professional with a knack for meticulous analysis and team leadership? We're seeking a Manager of Accounting to oversee critical financial processes and ensure flawless execution within our dynamic organization.

    Your role will involve managing a talented team, utilizing cutting-edge tools like Blackline and NetSuite, and collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive operational excellence.


    Let's talk job responsibilities:
    Responsible for developing understanding of the business and the accounting for their assigned subsidiaries; reviewing entries as needed.
    Manage, train, and develop direct reports, which includes the offshore team.
    Ensure timely completion of management questions related to BUs.
    Review balance sheet account reconciliations in Blackline.

    Ensure MD&A (Management Discussion and Analysis) is prepared based on the risk matrix and review for completeness and quality, and escalate issued identified timely.

    Perform second level review of weekly tasks in Blackline and ensure timely completion.
    Ensure zero tardiness on Blackline tasks and error-free reconciliations.
    Provide proactive updates to Direct Manager regarding issues, weekly and monthly tasks, and other assigned projects.
    Review monthly KPIs of assigned offshore and onsite teams and provide feedback.

    Coordinating more complex accounting projects and initiatives with other members of the accounting and finance team or with other departments.

    Preparation, review, and the submission of the external auditors' requests. It may include the coordination and the preparation of the financial statements or the notes to the financial statements.
    Maintain the Integrity culture, an environment where everyone feels valued, respected, and heard.

    Your experience and skills:
    Minimum of 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance, including public accounting experience.
    CPA required.
    Strong understanding of business operations and accounting principles.
    Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    Ability to manage a team and identify recruitment and development needs.
    Knowledge of external audit processes and financial statement preparation.
    Familiarity with integrating entities into financial processes.
    Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
    Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
