We are seeking a qualified English teacher to join our team at Franklin County Public Schools.

About the Job:

This is a teaching position that will be responsible for planning, implementing, and assessing instructional programs in English for students in grades 9-12. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and learning, as well as experience in creating engaging lesson plans and assessments.

Main Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver instructional lessons in English language arts to students in grades 9-12.
• Develop and implement assessments to measure student progress and understanding.
• Create a safe and inclusive learning environment that promotes academic excellence and social growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
• Valid teaching certification in English language arts.
• 2+ years of experience in teaching high school English.
