    OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE has strong experience in Project Based Section 8 (PBS8) and LIHTC programs.

    Should possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written, be able to multi-task, meet deadlines, and produce accurate work on a consistent basis, while demonstrating a professional demeanor at all times.

    Candidate must be able to work as part of a team, or can work independently with little oversight. Is proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and Property Management-related software.

    Our Site Compliance Specialist works closely with our corporate compliance and property management team to ensure that the property complies with all Federal, State, and County rules and regulations


    Specific duties include:


    Under the direction of the Community Manager, complete lease packets, calculate rent, and prepare all documents in accordance with Monroe policy and proceduresMaintain resident and property files and waiting listsMaintains accurate reporting as required per various agency and program requirementsAudits and prepares the property for LIHTC, MOR, and other reviewsEnsures compliance with EIV requirementsPerforms all other duties as assignedWhere is the job located?     RequirementsREQUIREMENTS for consideration are:
    High School diploma or equivalent, (College Degree is preferred)

    Project-Based Section 8: 3 years


    LIHTC:
    3 yearsWorking Knowledge of Onsite or Yardi SoftwareEnglish language proficiency (read, speak, and write)

    The ability to pass a full background checkAdditional requirements for Affordable Housing properties:
    Participated in Management and Occupancy reviews and UPCS/REAC Inspections and have experience with resident-occupied project renovations.


    The following certifications are preferred:
    COS, HCCP, CPO, SCHM, TCS

    Additional Information:
    The work schedule is Monday-Friday (occasional weekends and evenings as needed)
