    POSITION SUMMARY

    Graphic Designer – Production - supports the creative studio on all pre- and post-production aspects of design projects. Scope of work involves all traditional print and digital initiatives. Daily responsibilities include production design support for packaging programs, creating presentations, seasonal in-store collateral rollouts, templated content, digital advertising and ecomm (UX|UI AB testing).

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Assist with production design for digital and printed seasonal collateral. This will include, but is not limited to, packaging, print signage, event collateral, email content, social media content and other print and digital media
    • Work closely with assistant art director on creative approvals and feedback daily
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to closely follow studio processes and guidelines
    • Assist with multiple design projects and create design solutions in a fast-paced, deadline driven, high-energy, collaborative environment
    • Communicate timeline dependencies to supervisor in a timely manner
    • Properly package and translate final files for print and web to go into production while following vendor guidelines closely
    • Ability to work independently while following existing branding guidelines

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Minimum 2 to 4 years' experience. Graphic design agency, Retail or in-house studio
    • Bachelor's degree required.
    • Concentration in Print Production. Graphic Design and/or Digital Design are also acceptable.
    • Mastery of Production design and Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Keynote)
    • A strong understanding of motion Programs such as After Effects and Premiere Pro
    • Packaging design - layout artwork, mechanicals and amend production artwork
    • Strong knowledge of UX/UI design and capabilities
    • Have a strong eye for graphic design and typography – possess a solid background in graphic design, both digital and print realms
    • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Project management program experience on platforms, such as Workfront, Basecamp, and Wrike
    • Must have a positive approach to daily assignments and be able to work collaboratively with other designers and project managers
    • Be a team player and able to translate constructive feedback into on-brand design solutions
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Ability to time manage responsibilities and be able to address tasks with detailed direction
    • Forward-thinking and highly self-motivated
    • Must possess the ability to problem solve and be flexible when faced with challenges in everyday work flow
    • Strong understanding of Branding and Visual identity across many channels
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects with adherence to deadlines
    • Creative and detail oriented attention is necessary in completing all projects
    • Must be flexible and solution oriented with a positive, enthusiastic attitude toward teamwork
    • Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment and adapt quickly to quick changes, requests and deadlines
    • Ability to prioritize projects on a daily basis

    Pay Range:
    $ $60.00
