    Job Description for Preventative Maintenance Supervisor

    At Remedi8 Holdings Corp., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Preventative Maintenance Supervisor to join our team.

    The Operations Supervisor will provide hands-on leadership for Inspectors and Technicians on a daily basis, building and strengthening each team member through proper training and guidance. This role is responsible for providing the Operations Manager with a daily detailed report on current project status as well as hosting daily/weekly field team meetings.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Coach and Mentor Technicians: Coach, mentor, motivate technicians, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
    • Training and Development: Train all technicians for proper installation of each product prior to starting projects, and train technicians to inspect for quality control.
    • Project Management: Monitor weekly manpower schedules, set expectations of daily productivity and quality on the job, review Safety Procedures, and enforce standards.
    • Performance Driven: Drive performance so that each project is completed under budget and on schedule.
    • Communication: Communicate and hit all project milestones, ensuring timely execution of projects according to plan.
    • Paperwork and Documentation: Completion of paperwork required on a typical project (i.e., electronic daily reports, safety tool box talks, etc.), providing accurate documentation for customers code compliance.
    • Collaboration: Collaborate with Sales and Operations Management in discussions to outline the scope of work including expectations and specifications.

    Requirements and Preferred Experience

    • Previous Experience: Previous damper/door experience.
    • Industry Knowledge: Thorough understanding of NFPA 80, NFPA 105, and the IBC standards.
    • Record Keeping: Good record keeping and tracking of facilities repair work.
    • Communication Skills: Ability to interpret life safety drawings, use common hand tools, maintain equipment and tools, and maintain professional and timely communication with customers and coworkers.
    • Education: High school diploma or equivalent, OSHA 30, or must obtain within the first 30 days.
