- Perform general nursing care within the LPN scope of practice (30%)
- Assist in preparing equipment and supporting clinical providers during patient treatment and testing (20%)
- Collect assessment data, prepare patients for examinations, and report any changes in their condition to the healthcare team (20%)
- Order and gather diagnostic tests as directed, and assist in other medical tasks under supervision (20%)
- Schedule procedures, obtain authorizations, and assist in basic medical tasks to support patient care (20%)
- Perform other assigned duties as necessary (10%)
- High School diploma or GED
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification
- CPR certification
- Minimum of 1 year experience in healthcare
- PALS or ACLS certification
- State-approved IV course certification
- Familiarity with EPIC documentation and assessment processes
