Role Summary To process, research, and report on all third-party and AP deductions. Key Relationships All vendors, customers, and team members related to Burris Logistics Supervisory Responsibilities ● N/A Key Responsibilities ● Interact with Customers and Vendors in a professional and courteous manner. ● Accurately process customer third party deductions to vendors. ● Answer customer and vendor questions and resolve issues in a timely fashion. ● Research and correct any discrepancies. ● Key deductions into the system and maintain batch controls. ● Generate repayments for vendors that were deducted in error. ● Track weekly/monthly third party account balances ● Ensure that customers are paid promptly for third party deductions that were collected. ● Process Weekly AP deductions – review file for accuracy and completeness, code, and process. ● Research Vendor inquiries on AP deductions, resolve, and repay if necessary. ● Timely and regular attendance. ● Must work in a safe and effective manner ● Incidents must be reported promptly to direct supervisor ● Other duties as assigned Education/Experience ● High school diploma required ● Bachelors degree preferred ● Experience in accounting or related field preferred Skills & Qualifications ● Excellent keyboard skills and computer skills ● Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Excel and Word ● Must be detail oriented, organized, and work independently. ● Basic accounting knowledge ● Strong oral and written communication skills ● Must be able to work with a high degree of accuracy. ● Ability to remain calm and focused while prioritizing requests from multiple sources ● Ability to maintain and ensure confidentiality of team member and company information ● Ability to accommodate flexible schedules to meet the needs of the customer to include overtime, nights, weekends and holidays as required Physical Demands/Equipment ● Must be able to sit on an almost continual basis and stand, walk, bend, or squat on an occasional basis in a normal office environment ● Ability to utilize equipment for the job (such as computers, cell phone, copiers, scanners, printers, etc.) Frequent to continual usage of keyboard and monitor

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications. The pay range for this position is starting from $18.99.
