    Description

    This position will specify, create, maintain, and evolve digital technologies to support the growth of the company's revenue, margin, and market share. As an individual contributor this role will demonstrate leadership as a developer who facilitates cross-functional teams, including market-facing responsibilities.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

    • Develop and execute your product line's strategic vision with Management.
    • Stay current with all relative technologies and practices that impact your work.
    • Grow revenue. Add Value.
    • Perform hands-on content creation, automation development, and maintenance.
    • Manage full lifecycle projects to add or improve value streams.
    • Work closely with all market-facing stakeholders to ensure your plan is effective and has their support.
    • Train colleagues and customers to use the tools you develop.
    • Remain aware of all new and upcoming technology that may be applicable to the mission.
    • Light travel to see customers or partners.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Industrial Engineering, or related field required.
    • Any experience developing e-commerce platforms, online customer portals, or workflow digitization is preferred.

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs):

    • An entrepreneurial spirit is essential. You must be a person who is motivated and confident to lead others to get things done, done well, on time, and as efficiently as possible, with minimum resources.
    • Familiarity with Lean and lean business process development, deployment, and continuous improvement
    • Computer skills; efficient in o365, MS power platform, SQL, html, java, ERP, SCADA, relational databases
    • Ability to manage projects, prioritize tasks, and empower others when needed
    • Ability to adapt to the needs of an expanding global enterprise
    • Attention to details and ability to understand, create, and follow procedures
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Be an effective, trustworthy, and convincing leader
