Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute innovative recruitment techniques to lure and retain high-caliber technical talents
• Collaborate with hiring managers to grasp technical role requirements and pinpoint essential skills for success
• Source and evaluate candidates through diverse channels like job boards, social platforms, referrals, and networking events
• Conduct phone and face-to-face interviews to gauge candidates' technical expertise, background, and fit with the company culture
• Arrange and plan interviews with hiring managers and keep candidates informed throughout the recruitment process
• Utilize applicant tracking systems to regulate candidate flow and uphold the accuracy of candidate details
• Forge and sustain relationships with universities, technical training programs, and other entities to captivate outstanding graduates and enhance our brand visibility
• Track and assess recruitment metrics to spot enhancement opportunities and base decisions on data insights

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years experience in recruiting for technical roles
• Demonstrated expertise in employing various sourcing methodologies to entice top talents
• Thorough grasp of technical jargon and the ability to evaluate technical competencies
• Exceptional communication and organizational aptitude
• Capability to function adeptly in a fast-paced, fluid environment with evolving priorities
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
• Previous involvement in collaborating with hiring managers to fulfill crucial technical positions

Salary: $36,000 to $50,000 annually
